		<description>I&#039;ve gotten my nutrition back in check big time over the summer while preparing for the arrival of my little girl.  I&#039;ve got a gut check this week to see the results.  My scale at home says about 7 lbs lost which is less than I was hoping for, but I&#039;ve seen a drastic difference in the way clothing fits and the toning in some of my muscles.  I&#039;m looking forward to seeing the body fat % this week since that will be the real indicator of how I&#039;m doing and I can make any dietary or exercise adjustments accordingly.  One area that I know I need to step up in is interval cardio on my off days.  I think if I start incorporating that, I&#039;ll start seeing even better results!</description>
